Welcome to the newly redesigned Adrian Pasdar Tribute Site! We’ve spent almost a year revamping and reworking the site to better provide information about Adrian Pasdar. You may have questions about the new site, we welcome feedback, but we invite you to look through this FAQ first and see if your question appears here.

General Questions
Why did the site change?
The site changed because the old design was becoming unwieldy with the huge volume of information that has been collected. The new design has offered both a chance for the information to be better formatted and to be easier to access through the search function and a whole site layout that is more similar to the old home page.

Changing the site has also paved the way for new features like the polls, story submissions, better photos page, a new bulletin board and an improved guestbook.

I thought the address to this site used to be different? What happened?
Site addresses, or domain names are in effect rented from an organization tasked with handing them out. They charge a certain fee per year to use the name. Due to a record keeping error the old domain name (adrianpasdarsite.com) lapsed into expiration and an uncooperative traffic aggregator snatched it up. Perhaps we could have persued legal action to block this but the effort involved and the uncertianty of the outcome would have made it more trouble than it was worth. Instead we chose to register the more exact adrianpasdartributesite.com. You will also be able to access the site from tributesite.com or adrianpasdar.tributesite.com shortly. If you haven’t already done so, please update your links and bookmarks. This domain name will remain in effect for the duration of the site’s life.

Who is responsible for this site?
Sharon Hulton owns and operates the site. Several others were involved in the creation and testing of the new site code. Please contact Sharon for information about them if you are interested.

Is this the Official Adrian Pasdar site?
No. There is no “Official” Adrian Pasdar site. The Adrian Pasdar Tribute Site is independent of Adrian’s management company and is operated without any compensation from Adrian or his staff in any way. Please see the site disclaimer for full details.

Technical Questions
I’m having trouble with the site or it isn’t displaying correctly. What’s wrong?
The site has been tested on a pretty wide range of browsers and operating systems, but availability and cost prohibit a full platform test. From time to time older browsers or browsers with certain atypical settings will see display bugs in the site. If you find a gross display error, please contact us at adrianpasdarsite@aol.com with a full description of the environment you’re using (operating system, browser type and version, any special settings and which page(s) the error appeared on).

I think the polls are broken, what am I doing wrong?
The polls require cookies to be enabled in order to function the way they are intended. If you have cookies disabled or blocked from this site you may not be able to vote in or see the results of polls. Please note that APTS does not and will never store your personal information in a cookie. The only information we use cookies for are to determine if you have voted in a particular poll or not and if you have heard the “Welcome, this is Adrian Pasdar” .wav file in your current visit.
