I had the great fortune of meeting Adrian Pasdar when he was 15 years old and a 10th grade student in my English/writing class at Marple Newtown High School in Newtown Square, PA. He was an excellent student in school classes, talented in sports, and a striking actor in school plays. I found him a delightful student, and something about him made me think about him long after he graduated in 1983. A few years later I was thrilled to see him in the movie TOP GUN. A bit later I went to see him in a play. I had written to him, and Adrian wrote back a lovely letter inviting me backstage to see him afterward. Adrian has been wonderful about keeping in touch over the years.

This web site began due to a remark made when Adrian began dating, and later married, Country music’s Dixie Chick Natalie Maines. The remark, “Adrian who?” made me create a site devoted to Adrian Pasdar to answer that question. We opened July 24, 2000. I hope all visitors get to know Adrian a bit better. He has visited the site and has said some kind words about the site.

To those who ask what kind of a person Adrian Pasdar is, I can say that I am overjoyed to keep finding him the sweet, down-to-earth, small town man that I knew as a boy!
